David joined Gatal in 2018 as a Senior Manager to head up and manage the day to day running of Gatal Limited in Dublin and Cork. David qualified as a Company Secretary in 1995, was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1997 and as a Fellow in 2003.
David has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of Company Law, Company Secretarial Practice and Corporate Governance matters for Irish and UK registered entities, including regulated funds, UCITs and ICAVs with a focus on compliance, restructure and transactional work.
